4 sessions over 3 weeks which include:

  2. Effective coping strategies
  3. Increase self-esteem
  4. Release negative emotions and fears
  5. Exercise motivation

It is about investing in your health and your future. You will be able to climb those hills and not get winded. You will be able to hold a baby and not worry about how awful you smell. Your productivity at work will increase and you won’t have to stand out in the cold in the winter and freeze your butt off. You won’t have to plan your day around when you can have a cigarette. You will no longer be a slave to your habit. Now that is freedom!

There is so much to be gained from quitting smoking. If not for health reasons, do it for your family, your friends. They love you. They want you to be around for a long time to come. If nicotine lozenges, patches, chewing gum, counselling, and other smoking cessation methods haven’t helped you kick the habit, don’t give up. Hypnotherapy may be exactly what you need.
