Margot taught a special yoga class the morning of my wedding day. The sun was shining on our warm faces and the river was running by full of life in front of us. I was surrounded by close friends and family. Yoga was the perfect way to slow down, reflect, and take a moment for myself on a very busy and exciting day! It allowed me to relax so I could focus on the rest of my day feeling rejuvenated. The feeling I get when I leave my mat is the reason I practice yoga regularly. No matter what kind of day I’m having, yoga always gives me the break and mental reset I need.
